Registration
You can register either as a spectator or as a poster presenter. Please click on the appropriate button to continue your registration.
Registration forms can be accessed via the links below. Registration closes on March 1, 2024.
For UMONS researchers, the paper version of the posters must be given to the organizers by March 19, 2024, at the latest. Information regarding the retrieval of posters will be sent by email to UMONS participants. Participants from UPHF will display their posters on the day of the event.
IMPORTANT: remote participants from EUNICE (outside UMONS and UPHF) must submit their poster by February 20, 2024, by email to mdc@umons.ac.be.
The space available for each poster is an A0 format (84,1 cm x 118,9 cm) in portrait. The language of the event is French, but posters in English can be presented.
