Register with a poster

For UMONS researchers, the paper version of the posters must be given to the organizers by March 19, 2024, at the latest. Information regarding the retrieval of posters will be sent by email to UMONS participants. Participants from UPHF will display their posters on the day of the event. Remote participants from EUNICE (outside UMONS and UPHF) must submit their poster by February 20, 2024, by email to mdc@umons.ac.be. Participants can include a QR code to an audio or video file on their poster to accompany their contribution. The registration form below allows the submission of a scientific contribution. Please keep the following in mind :
