Presentation of a poster

IMPORTANT: people presenting a poster in person will have to bring their posters themselves to display it on the day of the event.

The space available for each poster is an A0 format (84,1 cm x 118,9 cm) in portrait. The language of the event is French, but posters in English can be presented.

Participants can include a QR code to an audio or video file on their poster to accompany their contribution.

A template of images and banners for posters in A0 format is also available for UPHF members.

Each poster presented will automatically be entered in the best poster competition which will be awarded with a prize (thematic prizes and general prize for best poster).

Only for foreign researchers (outside UMONS and UPHF) : Researchers attending the event online can send a digital version (pdf) of their poster by February 20, 2024, at the latest, to mdc@umons.ac.be. The posters will be printed by UMONS and displayed at the venue.

Practical information

Realization and presentation of a poster

IMPORTANT: the paper version of the posters must be deposited to the organizers by September 1, 2022 (those outside UMONS will post their poster the same day). A contact or appointment will be set by email to UMONS researchers who submit a poster for the retrieval of the paper poster, no later than September 1, 2022.

The space available for each poster is an A0 format in portrait. The language of the event is French, but posters in English can be presented.

A template of images and banners for posters in A0 format is also available for UPHF members.

Posters will be presented between 09:00 and 16:00. Posters will be grouped by session and presenters are asked to be present near their poster during their session.

Each poster presented will automatically participate in the best poster competition which will be rewarded with a prize (thematic prizes and general prize for best poster).

The posters will be printed by UMONS and displayed at the venue. Each poster presented in this form will automatically participate in the best poster competition which will be rewarded with a special prize REUNICE.
